Planning Information Sheet 2010
The 2010 Hocking Hills Canoe Livery season runs from April
10 through October 17. Our normal business hours begin at 10:00 a.m. on
weekdays and Sunday, and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Ending departure times vary
throughout the year.
Ten or more people who reserve with a deposit at least two
weeks in advance.
The deposit is 50% of the total price. Deposits can be made by credit card, check or cash. Deposits and adjustments to your original reservation are refundable up to 7 days prior to scheduled departure. Changes between 7 days and 24 hours prior to your trip will be issued store credit.
For groups of 20 or more, the group leader is free. (Group leader responsibilities include making the reservation, preparing paperwork, and collecting payments to be turned at the time of trip.)

Paddling times are the average time it takes to complete
each trip. Additional time can be spent for picnicking, exploration or
swimming.
All prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. The
prices do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added for groups
without a valid tax exemption number. Special pricing is available for Spring
and Fall trips. (Contact us for full details.)

Rentals include a life vest and paddle, as well as
complimentary transportation to the starting points. Seat backs and seat
cushions are available at no extra charge.
A participant agreement must be signed by each person taking part in any activities. Any person under 18 must have a participant agreement signed by a parent or guardian. Any person without a valid participant agreement will be unable to participate. To save time you may request or download a copy of the participant agreement.
Plan to be at the livery 30 minutes before your scheduled
departure. Groups of 40 or more people, may be split. Groups not ready to
depart at their appointed time, may have to wait.
A safety video is shown
before each trip, and a briefing is given on current river conditions. To
ensure a smoothly run trip all paper work can be completed ahead of time.

Accommodates groups of all sizes.
Accommodates up to four people per cabin, with a total of
four cabins available.
When all four cabins are rented
together, camping can take place in the cabin area.
