Make reservations by calling 800-634-6820. A deposit is required to make a reservation. Preprint and have group members sign Participant Agreement. (Gather signatures for minors as needed.) Plan to be at Hocking Hills Canoe Livery 20-30 minutes prior to departure time. Bring water and snacks in a plastic cooler. Dress for the weather and water conditions. Save time and get on the water faster by preprinting and signing your group's Participant Agreements.
	Additional Information Group discounts are given to groups of 10 or more people who reserve with a deposit at least two weeks in advance. Participant agreements must be on file for every person participating in a float trip. All children under 18, must have a signature by a parent or guardian. Each participant agreement can hold only one signature. Exceptions are for married couples, or people with children, who may then appear together. When in doubt, have everyone on a separate sheet. The participant agreement is two pages long and must contain both pages and the appropriate signature to be valid. The safety video mentioned in the participant agreement will be shown before departing on the day of your trip.
	Cancellation Policy You are responsible for the full amount of your reservation. A 50% deposit is required and is fully refundable until 7 days prior to your trip. If you cancel within the 7 days, there will be no refund. If you do not fill your full reservation amount you will lose the deposit for those boats, unless you adjust your numbers before the 7 day period. If we cancel due to weather or water conditions, you will be issued a rain check. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
